China Smart Sourcing provides a wide range of services for our clients. We can develop a quality supplier for your products, arrange a guided factory tours to select your supplier, open a China Representation office or establish a new manufacturing facility. We can tailor a program that will meet your specific needs.

Moving your entire factory (or just part of your manufacturing process) to china or setting up a Joint Venture with a Chinese partner can be the right step for certain types of products.

If you have decided you want to move everything to China, we will talk to you first and see if this is really something for your company. If you are beginners, or in the early stages of working with China, we don't recommend this approach, you need to get your feet wet, try and get just one product manufactured in China, and if this works well, then another and another. Then you will have a better feeling if you should switch all manufacturing to China.

We have significant experience setting-up new factories in China, and, in many instances, a new building can be leased without any investment for 5-years. We know the ropes, and can guide you through this process painlessly.

Services and operating procedures

• Drafting application letters, standard articles of association, standard feasibility study, and providing samples of necessary documents such as board resolution, bank reference letter, etc.,

• Locating the most appropriate factory location.

• Researching and obtaining approval for the company name of WFOE from Industrial and Commercial Registration Office.

• Obtaining approval certificates from various approval authorities.

• Performing all the necessary financial, tax, labor, banking, customs and other registrations.

• Opening the necessary bank accounts.

• Obtaining the necessary work permits and resident permits for the legal representatives, etc.

Our fee / Payment terms

• We charge a simple flat fee of $8,000 for service provided.

• 50% down payment, balance on completion.
