Frank Cai – Founder

Borne in the Anhui Province of China , Frank has over 10 years of experience working in China with extensive relationships, ranging from the highest government officials to the local leadership.

During the 1990's Frank served as a Division Director of China North Industries Corp. – one of the top Ten Chinese State owned corporation – in Beijing where he was responsible for managing import & export and establishment of joint ventures and successfully helped major U.S. and European companies, including Avon of New York, Ericsson of Sweden and Siemen of Germany to enter the China market. Frank has unique experience and insights into what makes companies succeed in China operation.

Frank has earned a reputation for his ability to tackle a wide range of problems, and deals exceptionally well with people from the boardroom to the plant floor, in American and China .

Prior to forming China Smart Sourcing , Frank's career focused on developing new business opportunities, including strategic marketing & branding, market research and financial services for Chinese companies entering US markets and assisting US businesses selling products and services in China.

Frank received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and a Bachelor of Science in International Trade from the Nanjing University of Science and Technology and is a graduate of DePaul University Chicago where he received a Master of Science in Accountancy.

Frank is a Chartered Engineer of China and a CPA of Illinois. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
